Pleasant place for a snack - Edit
The spiced ice coffee was fabulous—not too sweet and the coffee was mellow rather than bitter. I was pleased to see a couple of vegan sweets (a date bar and a brownie). The date bar was really good. The location was perfect for people watching.

I’m picky about coffee and this place passed the test! Cannot speak for the food as I just got coffee ☕️

Nice - Edit
Lots of milk alternatives for coffee, very tasty peanut butter one! I ate there three mornings and whilst nothing on the menu is labelled vegan, the staff are knowledgeable and I had avocado toast twice and a sandwich the next time. Also had a brownie too!

Only go here if you are a coffee fanatic. - Edit
The coffee? Amazing. Incredible. Delicious and flawless pourover. The food? Yuck. They had vegan brownies and cookies, both which tasted rather meh. Not much else on the menu was vegan, maybe the avocado toast if you leave off the egg? I did not verify if the bread was vegan.

Disappointment - Edit
Got 4 vegan cookies (2 gf), a brownie and a blondie for $9.50 to take back to the ship. Cookies and brownies were meh.

The best coffee and bread - Edit
The bread that comes with the eggs (from Maple Bakehouse) is the best. They also roast their own coffee and sell local desserts.

Cons: Prices are quite high (match USA prices)

Avocado toast - Edit
Limited vegan options, but avocado toast was a generous portion size! They have plant milks for the coffee :)

Great atmosphere, staff and food - Edit
A great place to meet friends on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Great veggie options, and they look after vegans too. The whole place is fair trade, locally sourced and they keep their carbon footprint to a minimum.

Pros: Very veggie friendly, Amazing seeded breads, Book exchange at the back

Meh - Edit
This place offers almond milk and coconut milk for coffee drinks. Someone mentioned soy milk in a previous review, but on this visit that was not an option. Their “mocha” syrup was basic Hershey’s chocolate syrup, which has milk. No vegan food.

Not Vegan Friendly - Edit
The only vegan thing they have in this restaurant is vegan milk, and coffee, because, apart from that, their only item on the menu that says vegan or that a vegan can "eat" has HONEY in it which is not VEGAN, and is basically a piece of toasted bread with jam on top and honey. I'm super disappointed.

Peanut Butter Espresso - Edit
Even as an avid lover of coffee and peanut butter, I felt skeptical about venturing into a drink made purely of peanut butter and espresso. But it is probably the single best thing that ever happened to coffee! It's creamy, rich, and smooth. I wish this was a more globally recognized drink because it's just delicious. We didn't have any food, but they are definitely vegan friendly with soy milk, soy cheese for paninis, fresh-baked breads and various salad options. Cute location and a very friendly staff.
