Ching Wok had great vegan options for us!

My hubby and I are both vegan and I need to also be gluten free. I could only find limited options in the two veg places we visited and was tired of eating guac and corn chips for every meal - even at veg restaurants. Feeling disappointed at the options in Holbox compared to Playa Del Carmen and Tulum, I was thrilled to discover this little gem. Jesus, the owner was very accommodating to our needs and understood vegan and gluten free. His bowls made with rice or rice noodles are vegan. The other option has egg noodles and is vegetarian. I was surprised how few vegan options were available in Holbox. I would give five stars, but those are reserved per Happy Cow, for all veg establishments. There are two in Holbox. One had no gluten-free options and the other only had one plus guacamole. This place filled me up and made me so happy. Thank you, Jesus for supporting vegans!

Pros: Big portions, Two vegan bowl options and lots of extras options, Owner understands and supports vegans

Cons: Serves meat, Only one gluten-free sauce, Not really any drink options
