Fresh and filling food - Edit
It was great to go into a restaurant and have several choices. I got the pasta but there was also a curry, salad and other options on their lunch time menu. It was great to have fresh food that included veg! They had options to make a couple of the dishes vegan too.

Great location and food - Edit
Came for dinner. The location is beautiful as the sun sets. Food was wonderful and large servings. The staff were super helpful making sure the food and drink I ordered were vegan. They even asked additional questions like if oil was ok for me. The waitress I had didn’t speak much English so it might be helpful to have a Japanese speaker or Google translate handy if you don’t know Japanese.

Aussie brunch - Edit
Has a lot more vegan options than in the description, especially around breakfast time which must be new menu additions, including vegan yoghurts , granola and smoothies! Recommend the avocado toast, if you love coriander it will make you happy, their bread is proper sourdough which is great and they have dreamy runny almond butter. Theres salt and pepper at the table, a rare luxury in Japan. You also order via your phone by scanning a QR code or they provide an iPads which is pretty cool( think a Covid measure)

Overpriced low-quality food - Edit
Of our 3-week Japan trip, this was the least delicious restaurant, to say it in a possitive way. They have only one warm veggie meal and one veggie salad. Upon request, we were pointed to these two dishes (no flexibility was shown to us). Fine, we ordered both dishes. I must say the salad dressing was insipid. I wish I had... sunflower oil at hand, not to mention balsámico (or a good dressing). And the risotto... Hmm, too salty, too little flavour, no wine used for its preparation. We are not cooks, still our homemade risotti are far more tasty. Being more pricey than anything else we had in Japan, we would not come back to this place.

Fancy vegan course - Edit
Had an absolute blast at this place! The interior ist THE BEST it feels like an old Woody Allen movie set without being weird at all 😂 the staff is very accommodating and makes it easy to veganize meals. I had the zucchini risotto, a beetroot salad and and a delicious chia pudding for desert. If you are a fan of nut milk I 100% recommend the homemade almond milk. It is a perfect dating spot or just when you fancy a nice dinner ☺️

Excellent choice in a pinch! - Edit
We ended up here after visiting two vegan places that were closed by 6:30 pm.
Read moreAfter showing the staff our little printed cards in Japanese that explains we are vegan and what we can’t eat, they came with an allergy info card and showed us what items were ok for vegans.
The things we got were fresh, green, and very tasty! (See photos.)
Ended up being a very pleasant experience, on the water, with a beautiful atmosphere.
Pros: Open late, nice waitstaff, A few vegan options, house made almond milk., Fresh and well prepared.
