Very bad - Edit
I ordered vegan Chilaquiles, which are clearly marked in the menu with a vegan option (with mushrooms). What I got were Chilaquiles topped with cheese, egg and some sort of dairy dressing. As I asked the waiter (who took my order but did not write it down) why I did not get the vegan Chilaquiles he told me that I did not order the vegan option. My boyfriend and I ensured him that I did (my boyfriend got his vegan sandwich btw correctly). The waiter than told me that it’s not possible to change the food which left me speechless. I would not eat it but before I could get up and ask around in the restaurant if someone likes a free serving of Chilaquiles he came back and said he is gonna change it now… turns out they just took of all the toppings and left me with soggy tortillas. The mushrooms, which should have been a mix of different mushrooms, turned out as just Champignons (but the tasteless ones you buy in a can).
Read moreBesides this issue the food is overpriced and tasteless. Coffee is good. All in all not recommended to eat there.
PS: better walk down to club Maracuya and have some vegan tacos

Fuimos 2 veces a este lugar mi esposo y yo y quedamos enamorados de los bowls, los wafles y los Chilaquiles 🤩 una opción saludable para todos. Por supuesto regresamos por más. Y si comes ahí te dan 30 min en kayak y des una vuelta por la laguna 🌞. Es increíble 👏

With mostly vegan / vegetarian food .Located on the laguna with comfortable seating, beautiful view of tropical gardens and the laguna of bacalar .

Very chilled and amazing restaurant. It’s located above the marina. You can sit here with lake view, drink veeeery good coffee and eat tasty food. Just ask, they can serve you all dishes vegan!
