Amazing food ! - Edit
I love the food here so much, the portions are big and the selection is good. There is a nice nice mix between Mexican style dishes or just a burger and fries if you want that too but they are all made exceptionally well.
Read moreThere are plenty of Vegan options on their own or just by taking out the queso or having a lettuce wrap with a burger instead of a bun. The food is fresh to order which always makes it taste better too.
This is a definite must stop spot if you are on Holbox. The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is so welcoming, there’s a really cute garden out back or tables in front to see some action of passers-by; it really is worth going and eating and enjoying the delicious food and drinks that they have.
You’ll be sorry if you don’t go.
Pros: Great menu selections, Big portions, Kind and lovely staff

The place to be on Holbox - Edit
Super yummy food with plenty of vegan options. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was very warm and relaxed, which we liked a lot. We went there twice (lunch and dinner) and always got delicious and healthy meals. Highly recommended!

Best in Yucatan/Q. Roo! - Edit
The last thing a vegetarian wants is a regular meal "without the meat". Arte Sano applies an extra "touch" (seeds, spicies, etc) to everything they do. The potato croquetas, in particular, are a five star meal. Highly recommended. Everything else will pale in comparison, veg wise in Holbox.

Great restaurant in friendly atmosphere! - Edit
I can highly recommend trying out this restaurant. We've dined here twice as we were extremely satisfied after the first time. Their potato croquettes were absolutely amazing. Although you have to bring quite some time, the wait is worth it!

Es un sitio súper agradable, con un personal muy amable y atento. La comida deliciosa, con la mayoría de opciones veganas. Llevan poco tiempo y acaban de imprimir un menú que va cambiando según los productos que han podido traer a la isla. Muy recomendable.

Very nice place. The owner was so fiendly, he explained us the concept and the ingredients. The food was fresh and really tasty.
