VEGAN SCONE - Edit
I don’t normally eat much cake but I could not resist the vegan scones here at Aira’s tearoom, and it did not disappoint.

Lovey rest stop for the Aira Force walk - Edit
We stopped at this Tea-room for a rest midway through the Aira Force walk and had a delicious spinach and chickpea pastie, along with some coffees & crisps. Staff were very lovely and helpful when we asked what vegan options they had.
Read moreWe weren’t sure if they’d have any vegan options when we looked up the tea-room online, so I wanted to share them to Happy Cow for anyone else heading that way! They had a selection of plant milks for tea/coffee (and vegan syrups), crisps, fruit and they said they typically have 1-2 vegan pasties on offer each day. The spinach & chickpea pastie was delicious - although the crust was a little dense for my taste. Boyfriend said he didn’t have that problem with his though.
