Glad it’s there, hoping it gets better

The staff was masked and so was I. There was a large hanging divider between us and music playing. It was hard to hear and be heard. I had never been there before and had a lot of questions. (I am also gluten free.) The staff was impatient almost to the point of rudeness. And no, there was not a line of people behind me, just me. So, not welcoming or helpful.

A regular sized bowl comes with 3 protein servings. They count sweet potatoes as a protein. Weird. I’m pretty sure the tiny little sweet potato cubes they served me were raw. Also weird.

Honestly, the best I can say was I ate most of the quinoa bowl they made me and afterwards I was no longer hungry. Oh, and it was $13.

Pros: They have two vegan options on the menu board. , They’re sort of willing to make custom bowls.

Cons: The staff was impatient about customizing a bowl, All the dressings are extremely salty , The end product was just barely ok.

Fresh healthy food!

Even though Zenfish has only one vegan protein option (tofu), they have several base options and a lot of veggies to add to your bowl, salad or sushi-rito. Most sauces are vegan. The aolis are the only ones that aren't. The portion sizes are great, so you always leave full. The staff is super friendly and is very aware of the ingredients used. The food is always fresh and they even use locally grown veggies where they can. Some of the beverages they serve are also sourced locally.

Pros: Fresh, healthy options, Nice staff, Supports other local businesses

Cons: small venue
