Difficult to order online - Edit
Ordering online is extremely difficult and it’s hard to tell what is and isn’t vegan. I had to have 3 pages open: Zap’s website, Just Eat and Deliveroo to compare and ensure what I was ordering was vegan.

First visit to ZapS Durham after good experiences at the Newcastle branch. Nice set up with the service area on the first floor. Get a window seat and you’re in business. I had a burrito absolutely ram packed with lime rice, spicy beans, sweet potato chilli, guacamole and hot chilli sauce. A revolutionary good experience.

Sweet potato vegan option and lots of additions that are vegan, great to have super spicy options. Guacamole is vegan also. Can't beat a loaded spicy burrito!

Satisfying Naked Burrito Bowl - Edit
Zaps is a firm favourite for when I am out in Durham with my fiance. The sweet potato burrito filling option is very tasty and satisfying. The naked burrito option is fantastic for anyone wanting to skip the wrap if they are gluten-free like myself. Zaps also have a range of vegan and gluten free tortilla style crisps. I would love to see more vegan options here in the future without having to pay extra for basic veg. All in all the choice to customise is a great feature and the food is always tasty and fresh.
