Surprisingly good vegan fast food - Edit
It is not my regular choice of food, but I decided I had to try Zambrero.
Read moreAll vegetarian and vegan items are clearly marked on the menu, but you have to be on your toes to make sure they don't end up adding sour cream, cheese or dairy-loaded guac. to your food.
It was relatively easy to order a build-your-own meal. I ordered the Classic Bowl (small size) with spicy cauliflower and trezigo sauce.
For $12, it was pretty good. It's not the most incredible food, but it's definitely a go-to place if you're a hungry veg*n in Lismore.
Pros: Fast service, Veg*n options clearly marked, biodegradable bowls and cutlery
