They weren't trying to pass off chicken broth as vegan. Thank you for that!! So good!!

Bland Vegetable Soup - Edit
The Pho Vegetarian was basically a bland vegetable soup. I was really disappointed because I have had some great vegetarian/vegan Phos at other places and I was hoping to add Yuma Pho to the list. There are other vegetarian/vegan options on the menu that I did not try but maybe those items are better.
