The usual mexican - Edit
I had the cheese enchiladas here a while ago and they were very ordinary, not vegan friendly but I don’t mind dairy cheese sometimes. Mexican is a go to as it’s easy to find gf and vegetarian options but there were no vegan dishes to make it stand out from any other mexican restaurant. Not sure if the enchilada sauce was really vegetarian or if there was chicken stock as is sometimes used as it wasn’t described on the menu and staff didn’t se to have a clue.
