- focaccia: amazing soft, warm, like just out of oven, great vegan butter
- prawn nori taco: delish prawn!
- nori slider: delish prawn, tasty sauces
- pear crumble: DELISH, tastes of brown sugar, crunchy crumble bits
- kfc cauli: delish! so crispy, not oily
- mac n cheese: delish! v.melty gooey cheesy
- sticky cauli taco: tasty mayo but couldn't taste cauli much
- tostadas: v.good, fresh tasting, has walnut+tofu texture but not taste
- Nachos: ok, would have liked some meat replacement or mushroom in there
- San choy bow: bit traumatised after eating the pork one as they incorrectly brought out the non-vegan version, they profusely apologised and took it off the bill, and gave us a free dessert

Loved that there were plenty of vegan options on their menu and the dishes were quite fun and creative. I especially loved the Nori sliders with faux prawns. The staff are friendly, proactive and accountable which was really good to see. The kitchen realised they weren't happy with the batch of dessert they served and they came back to our table with no prompting to admit this and offer a different dessert if we wanted. I quite liked the taste so I was happy to keep it. Lastly, the space is just lovely, lots of plants which is a delight for plant parents. I'd definitely come back here!

Great range of interesting, tasty vegan options. The highlight was the Cauliflower KFC. So tasty. Friendly waiter was so welcoming and lovely.

Whilst they do serve some meat dishes, this restaurant is mostly vegan. We regularly take non-vegan friends here and they are always impressed. Without fail, they all want to go back. Definitely worth a delicious visit.

We went for my partner’s birthday on a Sunday night. Tables are 1.5 meters apart, server are very attentive, food is fast and more than half of the menu is vegan. We had the feed me menu, everything is delicious and well presented. The food was a lot so they packed all the leftovers for us neatly without us even asking. Would recommend this place for sure

I feel like I never have this issue because I’m a big eater but we ordered the feed me menu and there were just too many dishes. We thought it was over and then realise we were only onto mains 😅 everything we had was delicious but because we were so full from the entrees (mostly fried) it was hard to enjoy the rest of the meal. Service and overall vibe was great

We were so happy to get to Yeah Boys after Melbourne’s seasons of lockdowns - it was totally worth the wait! We celebrated our anniversary lunch here on a Sunday and the food was extra!! We plan to visit again as soon as possible to try other vegan dishes. My highlight was vegan sashimi and my husband loved the eggplant steak and panisse. Staff were on to all details and friendly and helpful.

This place is so nice inside and the menu is almost entirely catered to vegans or have vegan options. Food is diverse and delicious, and it is also very inventive.

Should be reclassified to "Serves plant-based meals; meat options available." and deserves 5 stars!!!
Read moreWith 19 items on the menu, only 6 (less than a third!) are not vegan and all have proper vegan options. So forget about how good the food is (it's phenomenal) or how well presented it is (it's beautiful). This is the type of restaurant that you can take your carnivore and vegeterian friends and have them accidentally eat brilliant vegan food without triggering their resistance.
Personally, this place a better option for me than many vegeterian restaurants that do not cater well for vegan. I'm not sure why they can get 5 stars when, sometimes, they won't have a single vegan meal and this place can't.

Delicious dessert! - Edit
Currently has a discount for the lockdown, and oh wow will i be going again. The mac and cheese was delicious. The dessert was one of the best desserts i have ever had - mouse cake with a miso ice cream. Would definitley recommend.
