First of all: in order for Google Maps to show the right location of this place, you need to use the Chinese name, not the address!
It's a very simple, traditional place, but the food was tasty! The menu is only in Chinese, but there are pictures of the dishes on the wall so you can just pick from there. The man working there did speak some Enligh, though.
Nothing extraordinary, but it does its job and is very cheap.
I had to find a place to have dinner in the area at the last minute because my original plans fell through. Surprisingly, not many veg*n options are available at dinner in this part of town. This spot was fine, and I felt good about ordering anything since they confirmed that they don’t use eggs or dairy. The vegetable noodle soup came with six different vegetables, so I didn’t need to order a side of boiled veggies. But it didn’t have much in the way of protein, so I’m glad I ordered a side of stewed bean curd sheet, which came with shredded ginger. Not a bad place but also not out of this world. They were out of dumplings and vegetable rolls when I arrived at 6:30pm on a Wednesday.

100% all vegan. - Edit
They've moved from 192 to 18 Minzu Rd, still on same street. I've confirmed twice menu's all vegan. Very nice foods.
