Meines Wissens nach sind die Biangbiang-Nudeln das einzige vegane Hauptgericht. Diese schmecken aber ausgezeichnet und die meisten Chinesen die ich kenne, finden, dass die Gewürze authentisch und nicht europäisiert sind. Die tofu-beilage ist SEHR scharf. Die Getränkeauswahl ist größtenteils auf Softdrinks beschränkt.

Authentic Chinese Noodles - Edit
A small gem right in the heart of Aachen. We had dinner in the cozy dining area upstairs. Currently two vegan dishes are on the menu, plus a lot of fun chinese sodas. The Biang Biang Noodles are crazy good! All veggies also tasted fresh and I never had Marinated wheat gluten cubes like this before, but they were also really tasty. Will definitely be back.
