Wow good food. Wow long wait times. - Edit
The food was tasty but we were waiting an 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food. Only one other group of three in the restaurant. If you have time to sit and wait then I would definitely recommend it.

Only a few veggie options, no vegan. Burger patties weren't crispy, but a bit slushy. Not hot. Juice & lemonade almost had no taste at all. On a positive side: There was a mushroom sauce, which is rare in Bolivia. And there isn't too much concurrentes on veggie/vegan market in Sucre.

Tasteless burger - Edit
3 options marked as vegan on the menu. As mentioned in earlier reviews, the lentil burger is vegetarian. Not only does it come with cheese and non-vegan mushroom sauce, the burger also contains egg.
Read moreWe had the garbanzo (chickpea) burger. I give 2 stars, because the Coke was cold and the fries were decent. The burger however was pretty tasteless, the bread was old and the burger itself was almost like gum. It was of even lower quality than the picture I took ;)

Nice atmosphere, had vegan options however the chickpea burger doesn’t state that it comes with cheese and creamy mushroom sauce. See picture - if it comes out like this, it is NOT Vegan.

Ask for the vegan options. - Edit
The lentil burger is not vegan. There is something in the burger with animal products. Say that you're vegan and what kind of products you cannot eat. They will help you out. There is another burger which is completely vegan. Also the smoothie bowls, but ask without the white chocolate. If you are not sure always ask the people who work here. They are friendly.

The only vegan food they have seems to be the chickpea burger. When it arrives the bun had cheese on top even though they advertise it as vegan. We had to get the bun exchanged for a more sandwhich-like bread. The burger and bread was quite dry with no real sauce inside. We got a few small packets of ketchup, but if that is necessary then there is obviously something wrong with the food. The juices here are fine, though. They also sometimes seem to have a chocolate "salami" dessert that is vegan here.
