the vegan baos which are mentioned in the description are vegetarian! the dough of the bao itself isn't vegan. the only vegan options are woosabi bowl, sushi bowl and noodle bowl with tofu.

Voor een restaurant wat op zich veel vegan had kunnen maken van ze gerechten, is er een minimaal aantal keuze. Toch wel lekker gegeten, maar had graag meer gezin.

Nette und hilfreiche Bedienung, leider war es ziemlich laut und die Bowl war eher mittelmäßig abgeschmeckt. Für uns bleibt es bei diesem einen Besuch.

Really delicious Bao Buns - Edit
The vegetarian Bao Buns with spicy tofu and the fries (both the regular and the sweet potato kind) were delicious. The cocktails were also really nice! It's a hip, very modern place, colocated with the Moustache bar. Great place for food in Innsbruck!

Had the noodle bowl with tofu and really enjoyed it. You can veganize almost every meal on their menu which is nice as well.

A very banal and tasteless meal - Edit
I had one of the rice bowls in the vegan version. It consisted of white rice covered with a bit of raw, unseasoned vegetables (apart from the marinated carrots, which were nice) and soft tofu with a bit of sauce. The mango and avocado were not ripe. Also, I paid 15 euros just for this!

Delicious Rice Bowls - Edit
We had a Woosabi bowl and a Rice Bowl in the vegan version and both were big, fresh and delicious. The homemade kimchi in the rice bowl was spicy but not too much and the sauce was savory and delicious. Would go back there to try the vegan buns! Nice and friendly staff.
