Great health store - Edit
The Reformhaus has a big variety of faux meats, cheeses and generally veggie products and sweets. I even found nutritional yeast there (Hefeflocken/Ernährungshefe), which is difficult to find in Tyrol. Every time I went there for the buffet, it just ran out of food, so either I was unlucky or there is a high demand from the customers.

Not my cup of tea... - Edit
Although the Reformhaus is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., they apologized that they were "out of food" at 1:30 in the afternoon! A first for me. Truth be told, I wasn't that sorry. There were a few baked desserts behind glass at the counter, and they looked quite unappealing. This is essentially a store, with a small unattractive room for diners. That room had only one tiny table, and the remainder of the seating was bar stools along a narrow perimeter counter, facing the wall - quite a depressing space. Admittedly, I never tasted the food -- there wasn't any! -- but the Reformhaus gave the impression of being best suited for people who eat in order to fill their body cells rather than to enjoy themselves.

Pleasant and Welcome Surprise - Edit
A nice little place, in the heart of the tourist area.
Read moreIt's a little cafe inside a "Whole Foods"-like store (Reformhäuser are common across Germanic areas). All the food is vegetarian, and much of it appeared vegan. There's a little sitting area attached.
The daily offering is an array of six or so cold dishes (green salads, grain and lentil salads, pasta), all quite tasty and healthy. If you've had your share of bread and cheese, you'll find this place especially welcome. Friendly staff, and reasonably priced.
I didn't expect to find actual prepared food at the store, much less food that was tasty and felt healthy, so it was especially nice to find this place.
Pros: taste + health, inexpensive, location (for visitors)
Cons: not fancy, limited selection, weak ambiance

nice bistrot - Edit
We tried the bistrot 2 weeks ago. Has a good selection of dishes at a very small price (consider that is so close to the golden roof in the center of innsbruck). Has also fresh juices. The shop is part of a chain of health stores, has tofu, seitan, vitamins, etc...
