Heerlijke vegan taart en dagschotel op maat

Ze hebben bij WOEST altijd lekkere soep met brood en een slaatje. Goedkoop, vullend en lekker. Je kunt ook vragen voor een vegan lunch (pasta met dragon olie gaven ze me vandaag). Lekkere latte, Chai,... Met plantaardige melk. Heerlijke vegan desserts (powerballs en ginger taart)

Ik vind het ook heel gezellig zitten. Aangename bediening, heel vriendelijk.

Pros: Ze werken op maat. Verstaan wat vegan is. , Lekkere drankjes (yugen ❤️) , Goedkoop

Cons: Geen vaste vegan gerechten op het menu

Grilling & chilling

Our befriended neighbours invited us to try out this place around the corner. We came here together for the 'grilling & chilling' dinner and were happy to hear that they would take care of two vegan menus upon request. The location has a really nice vibe to it: we had a table outside in the sun with some festive music on the background. When we were invited at the grill, they happily explained the special vegan menu: grilled pineapple, a legume & beetroot burger, a slice of tofu and some grilled zucchini, accompanied by bread, a mixed salad, tomatoes and a potato salad that was standardly made with soy yoghurt & vegan mayo (good job!). All by all, the menu was definitely ok, though the burger was on the dry side (not really the best for grilling) and the tofu didn't have that much flavour (it could really use a good marinade). Also, I was still a bit hungry afterwards. I do feel as if the grill menu is still quite dependent on the meat here, but I was really happy that they tried. The pineapple and the zucchini were really tasty by the way, but I do hope that they will continue to experiment with vegan grilling to master a good menu. In that case, I'd be happy to come here more often.
