Vegan/Vegetarian Oasis in Lewes - Edit
We stopped in at Wickle while wandering around Lewes yesterday, initially just for a cup of coffee. The coffee was delicious, with soya milk. Having perused the menu, we decided to get a light lunch as well, and ordered wraps. My partner had the hummus wrap that was advertised, but I'm not a fan of garlic, so I requested a custom-made vegan wrap with no onions or garlic. I was not disappointed, and thoroughly enjoyed the one I was given - avocado, beetroot, kale, all in a really tasty, nicely toasted flatbread. Would definitely go back again.

Really good vegan options!!! - Edit
Wickle is a shop and has a cute little cafe at the back! It's very boutique.. I had an amazing vegan banana cake, tea and a vegetable wrap, which was sooo nice! The staff are really nice too and one of them vegan!

nice cake - Edit
The vegan chocolate banana bread is really good, but after we told the staff how much we liked it they put the price up, and it is now so overpriced that we stopped going there.

What a gem! - Edit
I ordered the falafel and hummus flatbread with 'side salad' (GIANT AMAZING DELICIOUS RAINBOW SALAD). Staff were friendly and knowledgable. The raw spiral used courgette, sweet potato and carrot and beetroot salads were out of this world. I had a green smoothie which was also great and very fresh. Highly recommended and I can't wait to go again.

Cute little spot & great cake - Edit
Cute little tearoom at the back of gift/clothes shop on Lewes High Street. It was fairly quiet on Saturday afternoon and we had a huge pot of tea (with China tea cups) and an amazing df clementine, almond and chocolate cake. Generous slices of really nice homemade cake - it melted in the mouth. They had a good range of df, gf and vegan cakes. Lovely spot for a nice sit down.
