Lacks vegan prepared food options - Edit
I stop in frequently for lunch during work. The made-to-order sandwiches and taco bar have good vegan choices. The hot bar and to-go sandwiches have one of the least vegan friendly selections out of all of the Whole Foods I've ever been to (I even worked in). There have been weeks when the only vegan options on the hot bar is either a marinated tofu or a seaweed salad with no pre-made grab and go vegan sandwich or wrap options. The kicker for me is that when there's no vegan options there are multiple meat selections. For a store that size I would expect more options.

Great bar upstairs! - Edit
The River Room is a bar above Whole Foods. It has a great happy hour ($2.50 beers) and a couple vegan food options, including a vegan sausage grinder. So good! They also have great fries.

Good bakery - Edit
Each Whole Foods has different local things available and this one is no different. They had some nice vegan dessert options in the bakery, and good choice of local beers.

One of the worst selections of a Whole Foods! - Edit
Terrible vegan and gluten-free options. The salad bar was the worst salad bar I've ever seen...so many pieces of chicken bodies I wanted to get sick. No soy yogurt and the frozen dinner options were very little. NOT the Whole Foods in accustomed to :(
