Not Terrible

Look, this isn't going to be the best pizza you've ever had. But it's a great quick option when you're downtown for a late night. I appreciate that they always have a vegan pizza option available. It's convenient.

Not tasty at all

We always want to try new places especially when they have vegan stuff on the menu. We appreciate them taking the effort. This time however it bit us on the proverbial [censored].
We ordered the "Totally Veegs and Thai Mango" we ended up throwing out the Total Veegs and settled for the Thai Mango. The flavors just were not there. They didn't even remind us of pizza.

Pros: Customer service was fine.

Lose the attitude, gain awareness of your menu

Went in and asked for a vegan margherita which is on their menu. Paid $24 for a pizza that had less than 1/2 of a sliced tomato, burnt crust as thin as a cracker, and they forgot to add the balsamic drizzle. I went back in and asked for the balsamic and the guy cooking copped an attitude and said "what's the problem?", then asked "did they ask for it?" No dude, it's supposed to be that way according to your menu. No consciousness of the vegan pizzas they supposedly make. Also, wtf do you put cheese in your marinara sauce? When I asked what was in the vegan roux, the girl at the counter just said "it's really lumpy". No, I'm asking you what is in it, what are the components. Won't eat here again; go to Americana or Firenza.

Cons: Bad attitude, Minimal ingredients, Not worth the cost

Enough is Enough!

While this may not be a review of the pizza you serve, this IS a review of the lack of customer service and lack of respect you have for your employees. This poor review is on behalf of the countless employees that your company fired solely for demanding basic respect and pay increases. The way these employees were treated when working there is abhorrent and I as an Idahoan and a human being am appalled at your lack of care or consideration for the staff you once worked alongside. As a business owner, you are expected to treat your employees fairly, provide quality customer service, and contribute to the community. The fact that you are treating Idahoan workers in this way is not a service we as customers can possibly stand by. In fact, your lack of care for these community members is disgusting to say the least and we will continue to fight so these employees can sit down with the owners of Pie Hole and demand higher living wages, COVID protections, and more representation in the workplace in the form of a workers’ council. Do not expect these calls to end. We are an unrelenting force to be reckoned with and enough is enough.

Pros: The corporate elitists that run Idaho are happy, It's VERY American to disrespect employees, At least they'll be closed soon

Cons: Employees deserve rights, Employees shouldn't risk COVID-19 to work, Employees deserve a voice in Idaho

Okay

The pizza I had wasn't very good, it was pretty dry.. (spinach and mushroom).

Tried their pizza again and it was very dry, plain, and burnt. It was the only pizza that the crust was completely burnt. Awesome that they have a vegan option but seriously it is not flavorful at all. This time the pizza was suppose to have peanut sauce and other toppings but I didnt taste anything but crust. Didn't taste peanut sauce at all.

If you go the have different flavors every week that you can see through a glass case, maybe you will be more lucky.
