Good farmer's market - Edit
Although I prefer the downtown or Cabrillo College farmer's markets, this one is also good. There are a lot of vendors with a good variety of options. There's a parking lot and street parking.

Small market without much vegan food - Edit
Small farmer's market with plenty of signs around and a nice parking lot available. Had about 6 produce stands which were nice though expensive, and about 6-8 non-produce stands with prepared food or other goods, none of which had vegan offerings.
