Delicious and filling options - Edit
This restaurant had the best vegan options in the area. We ate here 3-4 times in our one-week stay. I love that they don't use mayo, but olive oil, for their hearty potato salad. The fried chickpea meatballs were delicious! We usually roll our eyes at salads, but the "Welcome salad" was so tangy, delicious, and full of a diverse array of veggies.
