Location is great.

Maybe it's because we went on the wrong day (independence day) but we were left dissatisfied. They opened 30 minutes after they usually do. We were given a menu each, only for it to be taken away 20 minutes later and told there was a limited menu that day which fit on a 10 cm bit of paper, none of the main options being vegan. The only real issue with this is that other customers were being given the full menues and ordering from them. We managed to haggle with our server to go and ask if we could order something vegan, though, but we had to remember ourselves what the options were. Our starter of dalmades was nice but the main mushroom pasta was only half finished by both of us. Both our waiters were brand new that day so our service was pretty bad - We were served after 3 other tables despite being there 20 minutes before anyone else, and neither one seemed to know what was going on or what food was actually available to us. We left annoyed, hungry and fed up which is rare for us. The location is great and maybe its because we went on the wrong day like I mentioned before, but we didn't return.

An okay experience

Food was good (I chose a vegan mousakka and homemade mushroom pie as an appetizer), a bit pricey but still okay. They had clearly marked vegan option, which was nice. There weren't that many options though, but enough to choose. However, the staff were quite busy, it was hard to order something without talking out loud and we received an appetizer together with main course. We also had to wait quite a while for the meal.

Best vegan options in Pythagorio!

We stumbled upon this place due to the sign, that said "Vegan," (a rarity for this area) and vowed to return the next day.

After trying several places in Pythagorio, this place was by far our favorite -- the tastiest options and the owner really enjoys cooking plant-based per the waiter. The menu changes, but they will always have vegan options and plan to add the tell-tale green "V" to menus soon.

We loved the veggie burger - they were nothing like you might expect. The dish of four small burgers was served in freshly made pita bread, topped with French onion, and surrounded by a creamy avocado sauce and tomatoes. The burger was an old-skool veggie burger (rather than Beyond or Impossible) but very, very tasty. It was enough to serve two, and we had to take the delicious mushroom linguini home.

The dolmades they kindly gave them to us on the house to try. They were not my favorite (a little dry) but maybe you will love them. The big plate of beet/quinoa salad we had as an appetizer was hearty and we felt both full and nourished. The Baba ghanoush (melotzana salad / eggplant salad) paired well with freshly made rolls. In addition to what we ordered, they also have a vegan mousaka with an almond cream sauce.

A bit pricier than other places around the area, but definitely worth it for a special occasion and a break from the typical fare of the area. Way better than the other George's Grill place!

Pros: Unique and delicious vegan option, Sea view, Friendly staff

Cons: A little pricier than other places
