Super cute warung & owner - Edit
I had a great time at this warung and the owners are so kind! Go there with your eyes closed! Nothing is annotated on the menu (vegan) but she knew very well what she could do😄
Read moreA little anecdote: she advised me to have the vegetable plate with tempeh, which I chose. A few minutes later I see her leave on her scooter... she was going to get some tempeh because she had run out 🤣, at least it's a sign that everything is fresh!

we had the gado gado, steamed vegetables with tempeh and peanut sauce, delicious! we told the owner, we don‘t need the egg or the prawn chips, so we got rice and rice chips instead! Also many other veggie dishes on the menu. worth to go there!

I can recommend the gado gado here. just tell them you wanna have it without egg and you will get rice instead. they even serve the gado gado with rice chips instead of traditional crab chips!

No labeled vegan menu, sensitive to vegeterian, but vegan needed explanation. Very tasty "but" somewhat simple food (very much to my taste and very much in line with the prices). The mango juice was also exceptionally good (very juicy and fresh, not much water/ice).Very friendly and very attentive "staff" (seems to be family run buisness).

It is not fully vegetarian/vegan place, but I made the listing because I want to help the lovely owner Sri. She works alone in the restaurant and makes really amazing food and juices. Sometimes you need to wait a little, if there are many people at the same time.
Read moreHer husband has a kidney problem and need to go to hospital 2 times a week. That is really expensive and the family is short in money,because the restaurant is their only income. I arrenged charity jewelry market at her restaurant and gave all money from the sale to her.
