Mexican restaurant with some vegan options. It was a good experience. The food was very good. The waiter, who was Venezuelan, served us very well. The street was very busy and I found the Covent Garden area quite interesting.

Tasty small plates - Edit
I've been with my non vegan boyfriend, good range of food for both of us. They have lots of the small plates as vegan, and the burrito was so tasty. Everything I've eaten here has been delicious and flavourful, has a good amount of choice for a non veggie restaurant. Has always been really busy, I would reccomend booking

Ate here with some non vegan colleagues and was pleasantly surprised by the choice. I like that the food is labelled with the climate impact. Everything I had was tasty and portion sizes were good.

I love wahaca! A personal favourite restaurant. The vegan set menu is great to try all the different things. The vegan tacos are great and all 3 of the vegan tacos are so good. Plantain tacos, ancho mushroom tacos and vegan chicken and avocado tacos. I love all 3 of them! Everything I’ve tried here has been great

Wahaca - 3 Stars - Edit
If you're looking for a restaurant in CG I'd like to firstly encourage you to find a non-chain restaurant, as you can find Wahaca all over London and, secondly, I personally don't think the food is amazing or authentic here. CG is filled with amazing unique vegan options and I personally wouldn't waste my time in CG on a chain restaurant. :)
Read moreThe food at Wahaca is super average and definitely doesn't taste like authentic Mexican food, which I wasn't expecting to find in Europe anyway. This is a chain and, as such, I've tried a few locations and have had similar lackluster experiences.
Lots of vegan options clearly marked on the menu.
* Guac and chips were fine.
* Tostada was not great.
* I would not order the corn on the cob again.
* The little bean and rice wrap with vegan cheese was great.

The restaurant has good food and a nice ambiance so was great for visiting with non-vegans/ vegetarians. The tacos I had were lovely as was the butternut squash salad.
