It's permanently closed - Edit
I went today 29/07/19 and it was closed. A really kind woman who live in the building told me that it is permanently closed. And she recommended the swing kitchen of the next corner. Which was amazing. So sorry for the voodies they seemed pretty cool

Vegan burger is out of this world! - Edit
My group and I couldn’t find many options in the nearby market, so we stopped at this place for lunch. We should have gone here straight away! We all ordered the standard vegan burger, Dutch fries, and wild-berry juice. It was amazing and left us loosening our belts a notch. The burger was made from fried lentils and other secret ingredients, and they had the option to add homemade vegan cheese. The cashier was helpful in translating the menu and the food was prepared fresh in front of us. Their all vegan menu also includes “hot dogs”, salads, and more. Next time you’re in Vienna, give this place a shot. It won’t disappoint!!

Great Vienna Dog and Fries - Edit
My Vienna Hot Dog and fries with a mix of ketchup, mayonnaise and onion was delicious. It’s a shame they didn’t have gluten free bread, which limited my friend’s options, though she did enjoy the gluten free patty with spicy salad and chips. The inside was light filled with comfy booths to sit in. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily come back to eat here again.

Vegan food in Vienna mainly revolves around fast food. Voodies is a bit smaller and less busy and located close to a university which makes for a more relaxed atmosphere. The interior is quite nice, but the food is nothing special.

The nuggets were the best vegan nuggets I had so far, the fries are really good too.
Read moreBut the burgers (I tried the cheese burger and the hot voodies (or something like that) burger, both with pea patty) were just lame imo, both the patties and the buns were doughy and kind of 'underdone'.
Definitely worth a visit, but the burger could use some revision. (Maybe they could grill the buns or something, or use more bready buns)

The crispy cheeseburger, the Dutch-like fries and garlic sauce with herbs are setting the bar really high for vegan fast food eateries. This place needs more customers to visit at least once and then they'll become addicted. We have to keep it going!

Went there in March 2019, and I had the Menu with burger, fries, beer and mustard for 13.1€. I really can't complain about the burger, it was really good, but the fries were waaay too salty. I know that I am not that fond of salt but I think it was objectively too salty, at the point I even considered not finishing my fries. Anyway, the place was cool nonetheless, the staff was friendly and efficient. And if I was to go back to this area in Vienna I would certainly go back to try their hot-dog, or the nuggets.

Amazing place to eat near the Opera House and city centre - Edit
We had such a delicious meal at Voodies. The menu was great, fast food mostly, but cooked with love. We had the nachos mexico and a san diego "no dog" to share with a side of fries, and it was very satisfying. Definitely recommended! The members of the staff were so nice. They got our order wrong but they immediately apologized and brought us the right one (my partner can't stand onion). Overall a very nice, simple place to eat.
