Mixed feelings about this place - Edit
I had the Med 6.0 bowl. Since it was my first time and I was ordering a preset meal rather than custom, I didn't take the time to look at the food at the counter. That was a mistake on my part. When I was FINALLY served, my husband was already finished with his meal. Strange for a counter-serve place. The broccoli was completely burnt. I brought it to the counter and they said it was charred intentionally. Brussels sprouts looked the same. They were nice and gave me some sweet potatoes instead, but I was disappointed that the broccoli was inedible (in my opinion).

Highly recommended w/several options - Edit
Friends introduced us to Vessel last night for dinner, we came back today for lunch - it’s that good. Menu boards are clearly marked with vegan, gf and vegetarian options.
