The best food! - Edit
I’ve wanted to try Rainbow Kitchen in Maui for YEARS but haven’t made it out there so I am extremely delighted they opened a spot in Utah! Tali makes everything from scratch and is thoughtful about nutrition so the food is high quality! All of the sauces on everything are divine! And the Mint Chip Spaceship is so good!! You must go try!

Nice new vegan place - Edit
Hard to find. They are in evolve wellness. They will get better signage soon. They have only been open for a week. Good food, I will come again to try more things.
