Delicious Med Plate

clearly marked vegan options and really high quality food. The Med 7 plate was great. I especially liked the broccoli which I believe has a bit of mint in it. Yummy surprise at the airport.

Pros: delicious food, vegan options clearly marked, compostable to go containers

A variety of clearly marked vegan options

I find it to be so difficult to find vegan options at airports and basically end up with the option of Jamba Juice or starve, so Vessel was absolutely amazing to find at SLC!! A variety of very clearly marked vegan options! I recommend building your own plate. The only vegan protein they have is falafel (wish they had tofu) but it was pretty good.

Yay airport vegan food

I’ve been to a lot of airports. Many are still lacking vegan options. I found this place easily! Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. Can build a custom bowl. Nice variety of food options! I got falafel, cashew Caesar broccoli, and the coconut quinoa couscous. The couscous is a bit overcooked but overall good. My only complaint is that it seems to be the kind of place where they feel the need to compensate for the lack of meat with spice(?). It’s a bit spicier than I’d like even though I tried to avoid spice.

Anyway, refreshing meal. Easy order. Prices are not crazy high. Glad to find this place.

Delicious vegan food in the airport

Several fully vegan options. We had the falafel bowl and the falafel platter with extra sides. The sweet potato hash, kale brocolli caesar and roasted brussel sprouts were all stand outs. Prices were not horrific. Portions were good. Will go here again next time we fly thru Salt Lake.

Pros: Food was really good, Friendly staff, Clean location

Cons: None

High Quality Eats

Had a med bowl and it was top notch. The can of kombucha was $8.50 plus tax but it hit the spot. For airport food, this ranks high and the staff seem competent. Wish it were veg.

Pros: Well labeled V, VG etc, Good quality , Great (counter) “service”

Cons: Expensive and costly , Loads of meat options and unclear how separate

Much needed vegan food

Maybe I’m giving 4 stars for the wrong reasons but after being stuck at the Atlanta airport due to flight problems, it was a relief to arrive at SLC airport and immediately find delicious vegan meal options. I built my own bowl with falafel, sweet potato hash and roasted Brussel sprouts but it was a hard choice—there were several other items that looked tempting. They also sell vegan snacks—Hippeas, Lesser Evil popcorn and another vegan chip brand.

First time finding an airport restaurant with tons of vegan options

This is now my number 1 airport vegan option! What a pleasant surprise! I couldn’t decide what to eat with all the options.

They’ve got falafel, vegan Caesar salad, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and so much more. Portions are big and prices very reasonable for the airport.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Fair prices for the airport

Cons: Serves meat

Great airport option

We are SLC locals and love vessel kitchen as an option even outside of an airport. The food is fresh, tasty and healthy, and the build-your-own bowl option allows for a large variety of vegan options. Menu items are clearly labeled and this is a great stop if you want feel-good airport food.

Pros: Labeled vegan options, Fresh and healthy food, Variety & taste
