Very good juice place - Edit
While walking around Paris, I discovered this juice bar, where you can enjoy fresh juices made in front of you, as well as vegan sandwiches, hot dishes and soups!

It would be good if they marked what was vegan, but the juice I had was great. They use real fruits in a juicer and it’s made on order.

Great fresh bar with fine juices! I took La Pure Douceur and it was amazing! The only flow that the place is tiny and there’s nowhere to seat or work.

They have a large variety of vitamin boosters, juices, and also a few almond-milk based smoothies (they may use honey for the smoothies so double check).

They also sell some food for take-out like sandwiches, soups are salads. Judging from the ingredients perhaps one or two of them are vegan but I didn't see anything labeled as such so confirm with the staff just in case (also, they do not always have food).

The store is rather smalle and can get crowded but the service is friendly and fast.
The offer a range of juice shots and bigger drinks including some with organic ingredients. Also a ready made salad (vegetarian) and some chia puddings are available.
The juices we got were delicious (the rouge, including strawberry mint and appel is amazing). Eventhough they were freshly prepared and delicious, 8€ for a 500ml bottle is pricy.

What a find! Just happened upon this place and was exactly what I needed.

I had a green juice and my partner opted for a fruity option, both delicious.
A little on the pricey side, but hey it's Paris!
Would go there again, but a nice veggie health boost. Next time I'll try the food as serves soups as well....
