Quite underwhelming, but might be good for a quick bite - Edit
This is not a restaurant but rather a food stall with some small tables in the front. Maybe the dumplings are good, but we went for the noodle bowls and those were pretty underwhelming. There was no sauce (we then asked for some crispy chili oil, which helped a bit, but still left everything pretty bland). The noodles were very soft and the potatoes and edamame were still cold/frozen. So maybe we were unlucky that day, but would not go again.

Great dumplings - Edit
I really liked the dumplings, the seaweed salad, and the noodles. The restaurant was completely empty in the evening while other places in the street were overcrowded - really strange. I liked the atmosphere there.

This little shop just next to the Centre Pompidou is specialized in dumplings (ravioli) but also serves salads, noodles, and mochi. For each type of dish it offers a vegan option (all salads are vegan). I tried the ravioli which were delicious. Freshly prepared on order.
