Amazing vegan food!

Really nice cute and cozy restaurant. The food was amazing and they gave you really good portion sizes. I would reccomend the jackfruit chilli and the cheeseburger especially as they were both delicious.

Pros: The staff were really lovely , It was reasonably priced and had big portion sizes

A Planet Based Oasis

A Plant Based Gem in central Manchester. Lovely food and very friendly staff. Offering food and drink to sit down with or Take Away. They even have Vegan Cheese Sandwiches on rustic bread. Highly Recommend this delightful oasis.

Pros: Delicious, Healthy Options , Lovely, Welcoming Staff , Relaxing Environment

Great little place in the heart of a great city

Popped in for a quick lunch on a Bank Holiday Sunday. Bright and welcoming small room and friendly staff. Not a huge menu but everything is vegan and the food was good and tasty and also not bad value at all for the city centre.

Pros: All vegan, Friendly staff , Good value

Nice lunch spot

Well located but quite busy and hard to find seating. A good sized menu of all vegan options inc cakes.

I had the cheeseburger for £6.50. The vegan meat was nice as well as the sauce, although I felt there were slightly too many gherkins. The food overall is good but not amazing, and the price is fair for central Manchester. For 5* it would need to make another step with the food.

Pros: Good service, All vegan, many options, Tasty

Terrible food, good service!

Menu looked interesting but I couldn’t eat my food. Like student food. Vegans are easily pleased it seems. I like my food to taste of more than salt 🧂 and “fried“. SMH Coffee wasn’t gross 😃

Pros: Vegan

Cons: Trash food 🗑

Very friendly, relaxed and endearingly genuine place.
Really loved my Reuben bagel. The cheezeburger was seriously tasty too.

Great little Vegan cafe

Great choice of plant based foods.
The vegan jam filled croissants are amazing!

I took my mum who is trying to eat more veggie/vegan foods and she loved it.
She tried her first ever Oat Milk latte and now prefers them to cows milk lattes!

Lovely place for lunch, can't wait to try more items on the menu

Pros: All Vegan/plant based, Vegan Croissants!, Friendly staff

Cons: It was very hot inside!

Environmentally UNfriendly

Great food and even nicer staff. HOWEVER, you can tell that it is just a 'cash in' on Veganism by the fact that every one of the 15+ plants that are in the cafe are plastic. Seems like a bit of an insult to vegans and to the planet. What a shame!

Cons: Use of plastic

Probably my favourite city centre veggie

Good value. Pleasant service. Fair size portions. Open until 9.00pm. Great cakes. More healthy than new wave of junk vegan eateries.

Pros: Healthier, Good service, Pleasant atmosphere

Cons: Infrequent changes to their menu

Simple lunches at good prices

I was welcomed in a pleasant manner and served extremely quickly. I had a sandwich (of the day) and was impressed with the menu of around a dozen items.

Pros: Good quality simple foods, Every item under £10 at lunch time, Lovely service

My first vegan restaurant experience

This was the first ever plant based eatery that I visited after becoming a vegan in January! It was actually really overwhelming to be able to choose anything from the (amazing) menu rather than having to pick from the one or two vegan dishes that are available in most restaurants. The food was incredible and the space was so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

The way an English brekkie should be

I had the full breakfast and it was nourishing, relatively nutritious and the way an English brekkie should be. Lots of delightful lighter sweet and savoury options and damn good coffee with oat, soy, coconut or almond milk. One of the best vegan sausages I've ever had and the homemade beans were also delicious. Genuinely lovely staff with table service. Bright, warm and relaxed scandi-inspired space.

Pros: All vegan, Sweet and savoury options, Awesome coffee

Incredible, healthy and tasty!

I had the curried cauliflower soup here and it was fabulous! Super tasty and tasted very fresh and healthy. The coffees here are also great. I can’t wait to go back and try all the other options. Not the cheapest but if you want something wholesome give it a try!

Pros: Healthy and tasty, Diverse but small menu

Good coffee

I only tried coffee there. And it was nicely made and served. My friend had scrambled tofu few days prior my visit and he was not happy with the dish. But I had a good experience.

So cute

This place is so cute, the staff are super friendly and it's somewhere you'd want to come back to to try other items on the menu.

I had a tofu egg and tomato sandwich which was honestly delicious.

Cons: The tables are pretty small for 2 people to sit

The coffee is definitely worth a trip

We were in Manchester for the day and came here for lunch. I should say the food was perfect and in no reason for the missing star, that is unfortunately an accessibility issue. We had asked if they had a portable ramp anywhere and unfortunately they did not have one which to my knowledge is a legal requirement (within reason although there is only a single step so that wouldn't make it outside reason for not having one) so we struggled getting inside, although the barista at the front of shop came out and helped us in which was very kind.
So back to the food, the coffee was one of the best we've had and their food was well worth the money, they had alot of cakes to choose from and everything looked so good.

Pros: So many options and everything looked great

Cons: Not wheelchair accessible

Gorgeous!!

Spotted this gem on here whilst planning a trip to Manchester and decided I needed to check it out. The restaurant is cute and small, the staff are probably the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the food is delicious. The portions are really great - we went for the tortillas with guacamole and vegan cheese to start, a sweet potato falafel bowl with rice and roasted red pepper for the main and a slice of the most gorgeous rose and pistachio cake for afters. My boyfriend (a serious carnivore) was even pleasantly surprised with the food (and he’s very VERY hard to please when it comes to eating). The in house white wine was lovely and the meal was ridiculously inexpensive in total. An absolute pleasure and the perfect evening!!

Pros: Fabulous staff, Delicious food, Generous portions

Cons: Seems like a very busy spot (get in early!)

Great location, big portions

Wanted to eat here for ages after seeing the stall at Manchester’s vegan Christmas markets.

I had the mac and cheese to start which was so filling. And the chilli for main plus the passion shoot smoothie. Tried a bite of the rocky road cake - my friends all loved it.

Love fully vegan eateries, I’ll be back!

things on toast!

was disappointed with the menu and food, mostly things on toast, and not done that well imho. smashed avocado on sourdough was basically just that. I guess this place will do well, as there’s not much competition, but I think the menu and food could be much much better! service was great, as was the coffee, hence the 3 stars

Pros: it’s vegan!, decent coffee, friendly service

Cons: mostly things on toast
