Tasty chickn sandwiches - Edit
Got the chance to try Veggie Fam at That Vegan Social street fair in Phoenix! Was probably my favorite meal I had that day! I brought a newly veg friend with me and she also really enjoyed it! I hope to catch them again one day!

I really wanted to like this place, but it fell so flat for me. Their prices are really high, but I forked out the $27 for a sandwich and waffle fries. I did opt for the cheese add-on to both which did add to the price, but still no reason why two items should cost that much for one person. Anyways, the seitan (?) Is homemade, but tasted so spongey and bland. The breading was the only flavor adding to it which was minimal. I would think the slaw and cheese would help, but it really didn't. The patty was so thick, spongey and bland that it was just so unappetizing. It also sucked being charged more than a whole bag of fries for just a small handful. The staff are super friendly and I hope they continue to grow in the vegan community. I just hope along with it there will be some adjustments.
