My husband and I are truckers, we’ve been to so many vegan restaurants around the country and this one STANDS OUT! Maintaining a menu that diverse cannot be easy, yet everything we ordered was absolutely stupid: only in the greatest way. Keeping this place in mind whenever in TX, BLESS UP🤍🤍

Caterer or restaurant? - Edit
Just like another reviewer, I drove all the way down here during the regular business hours, and they were closed for a catering event according to a sign on the door. I’m sorry… But this is not cool. If you want to be a caterer, be a caterer. But if you’re going to have a restaurant, you can’t just be closed whenever you feel like it. I was dying to try this food. Bummer.

Fantastic commitment to righting a wrong - Edit
I just drove an hour out of my way to eat here, after calling first to make sure they were open. She forgot to tell me they were closing to fulfil a catering obligation, and I arrived at a locked restaurant!
Read moreThen while i was sitting in my car outside, wondering where ekse i coumd go, one of the main guys there came out to leave in his truck, and I stopped him and told what had happened - and he went right back in and prepared 2 different (and very tasty) burgers, and gave these to me free of charge with a cookie and a bottle of water!
So, wow, OK, big thanks and hugs to these guys!

Expansive menu, Full of Flavor - Edit
Every bite was seasoned well and the portions were huge. Restaurant has an awesome vibe with handcrafted art, a crystal grid for meditation & mindfulness, colorful African textiles on the tables.

Vegan VooDoo For The Win - Edit
I love that it's basically 5-6 restaurants in one. The gumbo, corn bread and Mac and cheese were incredible as was the strawberry mint alkaline water. Prices are also incredibly fair. Most of all, I love that the southern sector of Dallas continues to get more Vegan options.
