Read moreSide note: A Lo Vegano is their sister company slinging AMAZING Cuban food in the same location. They have a brunch menu that is out of this world! I still don’t know how they did it, but the bacon is absolutely superb. And I never thought I’d have sunny side up eggs again, but wow. And they’re sooooo good! My carnivore father raved about the chicken, garlic knots and beans he got. My mom loved her GF waffle. Pure heaven.

i thought the ice cream was a bit on the expensive side for me, but they definitely don’t skimp on the ice cream portions! i ordered the mini pancakes with cookies n cream ice cream, oreos, and guava syrup. not sure what possessed me to order that, but the combination was actually phenomenal and the pancakes were so cute!
Read morethe cookies and cream ice cream itself had perfect texture and flavor; it was identical to dairy ice cream without the iciness or abnormally fast melting that sometimes accompanies vegan ice cream. this is definitely some of the best ice cream i’ve had, and i’ll be sure to come back and try different flavors and combinations😄
edit: the hot plates go HARD; they go on sale sometimes, and it is 10000% worth stopping by!

Amazing Cinnamon Roll - Edit
Bought a cinnamon roll to go, running/ walking back to the hotel with the precious cargo. Ate it later that night and it was so delicious! the inside was packed with cinnamon flavor. It tasted better than it looks in the photo.

I’m not a big ice cream gal, so I love that they have loads of vegan desserts available. I have yet to have anything that I didn’t like from here. My go to is the marshmallow chocolate chip cookie and the strawberry cheesecake. 😋

As part of the revamped Market in South, Vegan Scoops offers delicious ice cream and desserts. It is very confusing to place an order since there are three or four different places occupying the same counter so you’ll probably look like a moron trying to figure out what to do or where to go. A lot of products are made with nuts, so be aware of that if you have allergies. Otherwise, get some iced cream and all the fixins!
