I ordered delivery to my hotel room due to rain, but it still tasted relatively fresh. I started off with the sausage empanada which was a little disappointing. The dough was ok and well cooked but the filling was lacking something, it tasted like just a bolognese sauce, some cheese or more cheese would have helped it. The Beyond Mac and Cheese bowl was GREAT! the Mac and cheese has a great taste, reminded me of an upscale Kraft. The beyond chicken was crispy and well cooked, the BBQ sauce and Ranch were also spot on. The flavors and textures all blended deliciously!

Awesome Gyro! Hit the spot - Edit
Grabbed a quick lunch while I waited in Central Park for my flight. The gyro was great, literally consumed it within a few minutes I was so hungry. It was such a pretty day, and the lunch was so good I ended up falling asleep in the park! Worth it tho

I arrived in NYC hungry and tired and used the app to find this place. I got the their vegan Philly cheese steak and fries and it was delicious. The shoestring fries were perfectly fried and not greasy! It was so good I am back today to try their Gyro with fries. Please support them and check them out.

Our staff throughout the day maintains and cleans our dining room area. I’m order to keep the area properly sanitized for Covid-19 we close are dining room 45min before closing. There is a park down the block with tables and chairs you can eat. Hope to see you again :)

Hard to tell from pics but food is great! - Edit
Chicken drumsticks are formed around a piece of sugar cane “bone”. So creative and a sweet way to finish! Also ordered the halal platter with seitan. It reminded me of my former favorite “street meat” cart sans the mystery lamb 🥳 Harissa hot sauce was SPICY just the way i love it! Enjoyed every part of this meal. Will be back—on the fly!

It was OK. I wasn’t expecting the gyro to be as small as it was, especially for the cost. Had I known I would have ordered something else or ordered more food. The gyro was OK, though I wouldn’t order it again. I probably ordered the wrong thing from the menu.

Let me tell you! I am the only vegan in my family. I took my non-vegan sister and mother here and they were IMPRESSED. They even questioned if everything was vegan - because it was just too good to be true - even down to the desserts. We came all the way from NJ to check this place out. I would highly recommend visiting this place - not to mention, customer service was efficient and extremely friendly. You will not be disappointed - JUST GO…NOW! 😊

My husband and I really enjoyed our meal. We had the chopped cheese, chicken gyro, bbq wings and a chocolate milkshake. Everything was delicious! There is indoor and outdoor seating available but no bathrooms. We will definitely be coming back again!

Awesome Seitan Over Rice - Edit
I've been vegan for 7 years now and one of the things I miss is the halal guys. My fiancé (also vegan) told me that were was a vegan version in the city, but we never ordered from them until she surprised me with some yesterday(she's the best). We live in long island and since she worked in the city that day she decided to bring it all the way out. The food was so good and it reminded me of halal food and in fact was better. The rice and seitan was seasoned with great spices, and the vegan white sauces all reminded me of the halal I used to have. I think my fiancé got the Nashville chick'n and mac and cheese which was also great! I'm definitely going back next time I'm in the city

I’ve been here three times and it’s been really good each time. I’ve had the gyro, seitan platter, and buffalo chicken mac and cheese. The buffalo mac and cheese is my favorite. Also, the food is made super fast.

I’ve been with my non-vegan friends and they also agreed the food was really good!

I was lucky enough to visit NYC directly after their opening and couldn’t resist. I was too hungry to take a photo of the sandwich I got 😅, but took away some Mac&Cheese which were really good (as was the sandwich, btw).

We ordered a chicken burger and a mac&cheese, and it was good, but nothing amazing. Found it a bit expensive for the offer. Also, the mac&cheese comes in a hard plastic container that goes to trash after all, and that annoyed me a bit. Hopefully Veg restaurants will be mindful of all the plastic waste soon.

Thank you for your feedback. We have always wanted to give affordable, tasty vegan comfort food while also providing eco friendly packaging. Unfortunately, due to inflation and majority of distributors not carrying product post COVID, we had to switch back to plastic. However we are very mindful of the environment and we recycle all our waste daily. We hope to resume back to eco-friendly containers soon :)
