Quick bites and Coffee - Edit
It's pretty good actually, I got the Vegan deluxe and it was served hot and toasty. Coffee was alright. They serve some Vegan pastry as well. Love that there are options for vegans.

Wonderful coffee house. They have more vegan food options than non-vegan options! Great tasting coffee. Great green iced tea.

A few vegan bites - Edit
In addition to the usual beverages with optional plant milks, Gregory’s offers four vegan sandwiches and a vegan burrito. None of these will elevate your life, but they might satiate your belly, and they open earlier than the local vegan joints so brekky is an option.

Quick and easy breakfast - Edit
Had a spicy avo toast and a fall oat boy. Both very delicious. Staff could be a bit more friendly. I would also like to see some more healthy and less greasy vegan options.

Quick Breakfast - Edit
I was happy to stumble upon this place while in NYC. I ordered the Beyond Flex and was super impressed. A beyond sausage patty with Monterrey Jack cheese, and JUST egg! All vegan 😊. I will definitely come back every day while I’m here!

A place to park - Edit
This is not a destination, but it is a nice place to sit and relax briefly if you are in this hectic part of town (between Times Square and Grand Central) Gregory's is like Starbucks, except that the coffee is better and they always have at least some vegan sweet and savory snacks. There is some seating in this location, plus an available bathroom.

Vegan deluxe breakfast sandwich is DELISH. Coffee is excellent. - Edit
Vegan breakfast sandwich was great. Website has nutrition information — it’s a sodium bomb, but high in protein and fiber. Huge menu of coffee drinks with several vegan milk options (soy, almond, oat . . . .). Other vegan options looked good: burrito, overnight oats, some pastries/sweets. I got there shortly after they opened and there was a 15 minute wait for sandwiches while the oven heated up. They got my order wrong the first time (if you’re getting the Deluxe, check to make sure they made the vegan one because there’s also a dead thing version) but corrected it quickly. Lots of locations in Manhattan. Friendly staff.

The space outside was a bit crowded, but we didn't stay long as it was getting busy and we wanted to keep social distancing.
Pros: Lots of good options , Good customer service, Quick service
Cons: A bit crowded during "rush hour"

Great options - Edit
Lots of breakfast and a couple of pastry options. The donut is very good. Was expecting a lackluster vegan donut but it’s full of flavor! The matcha is made traditional and unsweetened which is great.

Great quick breakfast spot! - Edit
Great coffee and great vegan options! Everything is clearly labeled so you know what is vegan or not. The avocado toast is really good. Not too far from Bryant Park.
