You can choose between McCruelty Free, vegan ribs, “chicken” strips or even plant-based “fish”. And if you’re looking for a chance to try famous Dutch Kapsalon - you’re in the best place 🙌 Dishes are super rich in flavours and amaze with colourful ingredients. I take there my non-veg friends who are visiting Amsterdam, and they are always positively surprised! You can sit both inside and outside. In a sunny day it might get busy. I also recommend ordering for to go and having a picnic at the nearby canals.

Food was good. I’m from the Bay Area so I think there is a high bar for food. That being said the food was good and the atmosphere was really fun. Glad I got to experience it!

Delicious food and friendly staff, it does always take a while for the food to come out though. Heard from the servers they're understaffed once in a while especially during busy days

Vegan seafood! - Edit
We tried vegan shrimps and kalamari and it was amazing! But the seafood plate only contained 2 shrimps and 2 kalamari rings, rest of the plate was fries so I think they could add a bit more of the seafood to the plate (: Overall VJFB is a nice place also for non-vegans to try some vegan junk food

If you like junk food, the name says it all, go to the junkfoodbar! The flavour is unreal! And by that I mean amazingly tasty. Especially when you have the munchies or just cravings! We went there for a super late lunch and it was not very busy. The waitress were very helpful answering our doubts.

The atmosphere of the place was also very nice and the location convenient for us.
I think the offer average prices and, in my opinion, it is worth trying!

I had the Flashy Zeafood and was a bit disappointed with what I received. They served a bunch of fries, 2 deep fried "shrimps" and 3 deep fried "calamari". With Zeafood in the name, I didn't expect it to be mainly fries. The food was tasty, I especially liked the sauce they served with it.
