Good not great - Edit
The service, selection, and presentation were good. The price is a bit high but about average for this kind of restaurant in Taipei. The food was good and taste good, but not great.

Tasty Options - Edit
We tried this place because we were looking for somewhere close to our location where we could sit down, not just get takeaway. The menu is not really local, it's generally western food with a bit of fusion.
Read moreMy partner had the Sichuan spicy spaghetti with peanuts and vegan pork. He was very happy with the spice levels and thought it had a good tingle from the Sichuan pepper. The pork was nice and added some good texture. He also tried a mango sparkling drink, which was exactly as he'd hoped.
I had the tagliatelle carbonara with vegan bacon. I was served spaghetti rather than tagliatelle, which is a shame, but the dish was really nice. The sauce was creamy and generous, though maybe a little under seasoned. Fortunately the bacon provided a nice salty hit. I got the mixed berries sparkling drink, which was not quite what I expected - predominantly yellow rather than red, and extremely sweet.
We ordered at the table and paid at the cash desk at the end. The menu is in English and staff spoke good English too. It was a spacious place to eat - it was a hot day and we didn't want to be jammed in closely with other people.

Absolutely Delicious! - Edit
This place was packed on a Saturday night and once I tried the food it was clear why. Located up one floor using the escalators in the mall.
Read moreFast service, large menu, and every course was delicious.
Definitely make a reservation on the weekends. They can put you on the waist and either call or email when your table is ready.

Book if you can - Edit
Delicious food. The vegan Parmesan truffle fries were incredible, and the fresh handmade pasta was a beautiful texture. If you’re doing dinner, make a booking if you can. I waited 30mins for a table on a Tuesday night as they had a lot of bookings. Seems to be very popular with locals. They can take your name and number and contact you when you can be seated. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Conveniently located in a shopping mall close to the MRT.

Classy vegan restaurant in a mall - Edit
On a 3rd floor of a mall, it luckily has a more intimate, classy ambience with an extensive plant based menu featuring appetisers, main courses, sides and desserts.

Great western style vegan restaurant - Edit
Another reviewer claimed this was the best vegan food in Taipei. I would regretfully not agree, but it is indeed very good. I ordered Korean Cauliflower, hamburger, smoothie, and chocolate cheesecake for dessert (all vegan). All the items were tasty but no home runs. A bit on the pricey side. Service was speedy. Menu includes English and English is spoken.

Wonderful experience - Edit
Great find in the downtown area. My first meal in Taipei and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. Taipei is doing justice to vegan food and the standards are high. A pit pricey.

Good but could be better - Edit
I did like the taste of the food: the satay chikin was succulent and the burger had plenty of truffle sauce, but the portions were quite small for the price (plus the 10% service charge they add to the bill). The burger itself was on the small side and came with very few potato wedges. Although I liked the taste, I wouldn't come here again based on value given you can get better elsewhere.

Mean portions not well executed for the money - Edit
The food was tasty but very stingy portions compared to the photos on the menu. We both had a burger and the flavour was overwhelmed by the amount of sauce compared to the actual burger ingredients. We received more ketchup than wedges, and left still feeling hungry.
Read moreKitchen service/timing wasn’t great, although we did arrive quite late (they stop serving at 8.30 and we arrived at 8). Everything came at different times and in a weird order. Husband wanted to give them 2 stars because the server poured his beer over ice!
The main issue is the execution. It’s got potential but needs work.

Food was disappointing - Edit
I went here on a whim and I was a bit disappointed. I only ordered appetizers because I needed something small. Overpriced and food was.. just not there.
Read moreI ordered the chicken satay but they used beyond meat or omnipork (sure it was the latter), and that is not the texture of chicken or even an attempt at fake chicken.
I also got popcorn mushrooms. The smell was unpleasant but the texture was nice.
Flavors were not bland, but also not powerful. Left me me wanting more for the price!😒
Pros: Staff was nice, English friendly , Presentable food
Cons: Bland flavors, Expensive

Disappointing and soulless - Edit
Nice menu - similar to vegan days in Taichung and Herbivore, and in a convenient (if depressing) location in a department store next to the main station. Waited ages for a burger, when it arrived it was cold. The other food I tried was bland. Generally overpriced too. Staff seemed overworked and unhappy.

Western Vegan Food - Edit
A menu full of western food and some asian flavors. Restaurant is inside of a mall and well decorated. The burger was good, the pasta was okay. Good place to meet someone- slightly on the pricier side.

Delicious Western vegan food - Edit
*Please note that the restaurant is on the 3rd Floor of the Q Square mall. I didn't see this info on Happy Cow.
Read moreI was worried this place may be too fancy for us travelling with 3 kids but it is quite casual, inside the shopping mall. Everything we tried was great, especially the pasta dishes. It was busy so I recommended booking in advance.
They have highchairs for babies and children's bowls, cutlery and cups.
Pros: All vegan, Delicious pasta

Nice staff, great Buddha bowl - Edit
Bit hard to find, and I'm averse to malls so that didn't help. Seems to be a popular place as I came here for a late lunch after arriving in Taipei and it was still teeming. A lot of the protein seems mock meat-heavy which isn't really my thing, so I ordered the Buddha Bowl and a green juice. Both were absolutely great and exactly what I needed! Would definitely recommend.

Very good - Edit
The food here was delicious. I would definitely go back. We had a hard time finding the restaurant and wandered around the food court in the basement levels of the Q Square Mall for a while. It's not there. It's on the 3rd floor. I didn't think the food was terribly expensive, but I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, where $25 per person for a meal is pretty common. So I guess it's all relative. Overall, a highly recommended vegan restaurant.

Good! - Edit
So I had to try the famous pasta Bolognese with kumquat sauce... it was actually a really good Bolognese but tasted ordinary, if there were kumquats or any other citrus fruit in there it was unnoticeable (makes me wonder if something got lost in translation).
Read moreI also had the arugula salad with sauteed mushrooms and it was really good, with fresh ingredients.
They didn't have any desserts available the day I was there, which was a bit of a bummer.
