Amazing Vegan Sushi Options - Edit
Really good value for money, the most delicious vegan sushi I've ever eaten! Pretty filling too :D
Read moreNormally vegan sushi options are just avocado and cucumber but here, they were really creative with the fillings- Spicy Mango with red cabbage sauerkraut and lots of other goodies, and the Veggie Minca with sundried tomato was reaallly delicious.
The staff were also so lovely. When we asked if they have veggie options, the lady explained what we could choose and also made it clear that we could ask for any other option to be altered too- for example, the vegetarian handroll comes with cheese, and she was 100% happy to change it for us!
Such lovely people and amazing food, I would go back to Minca just for this restaurant!!
Pros: Filling, delicious food, Very flexible with the menu, Several good vegan options
Cons: The music was a little random haha
