Nice food, staff and view - Edit
We ate here multiple times. I had the wok vegetables twice and added tofu as an extra and they don’t scrimp on the tofu. We also tried the veggie burger which is vegan without the cheese.

Besides one clearly labeled vegan dish (Chevice) there are no other vegan ones...only vegetarian dishes which you need to ask to be veganized.

Not really something to do with original Ramen but more a locally adapted one. Comes without chopsticks 🥢 would not order again - rather go for something else
Room for improvement:
- Would wish a more clear labeling 🌱
- A local veganized dish would be great 🇨🇴
- Also e.g. if you leave tsatziki and cheese from the burger the question is with what they'd be replaced or if it's just to dry then 🏜️
- the international dishes are not living up the promise.

Restaurant mit guter Veganer Auswahl sowohl für Frühstück, Brunch und Dinner. Es wird viel Fleisch und Fisch angeboten, gibt aber zu fast jeder Kategorie auch eine leckere vegane Alternative. Super um mit nicht vegan/vegetarischen Leuten Essen zu gehen. Dazu super Lage mitten in Minca, aber mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf einen großen Fluss.

This was my favourite meal in Colombia so far- definitely try the tofu poke bowl.

J'ai pris le burger, il y avait possibilité de rendre le burger végétarien végane en changeant la sauce pour de la guacamole et le fromage pour du tofu. Le burger vient avec des frites et la portion était bonne. Il y avait plusieurs autres options végé. C'était parfait!

We came as a group of 6 and my partner and i had the vegan poke bowl and pad Thai without egg. The pad Thai came with egg in it anyway that needed to be picked out and given to a vegetarian friend. The poke qas delicious but I would say quite small portion wise if you were hungry. The pad Thai was okay. There were lots of different options, the staff seemed to be confused about what veganism was when asked so ordering felt like a bit of a gamble.

Vegetarian options in green make distinguishing those easy, and many of the vegan options say so in their names. I had the three-pepper tofu toast, which were… fine. Kind of small for the price (relative to other restaurants in the area), and more spicy than flavorful.

This restaurant has every vegan option clearly marked: the vegan quesadilla was very yummy as well as the vegan mousse de chocolate. As a starter I can recommend the patacón boats. Their sitting area is gorgeous, with a view right by the river and nature. The only downside is that they didn't have many desserts, I managed to get the last one.

Burger, wok rice with veg, pizza, salad and sushi vegan options available. We had the Pad Thai without egg (sin huevos) and it was delicious and huge! Tofu, courgettes, carrot and rice noodles in a nice sauce.

There are a few tasty vegan mains and the lemonades are good. Service is extremely slow though (e.g., 20 minute wait for a lemonade). Good Wi-Fi on top level only.

Es un lugar muy sencillo pero con una atmósfera muy agradable, tienen un pequeño balcón para ver el río y bosque adyacente. La comida muy buena, hay pocas opciones veganas, pero en general la preparación es muy bien hecha. La atención de la persona que nos sirvió fue muy buena y al parecer la mayoría de quienes trabajan allí son "worldpackers". Los precios son justos para la ubicación y presentación de los productos.

The seating outside is nice even though there is not always space. The place is mostly visited by tourists but I since it is not too easy to get a decent vegan meal in colombia that does not surprise me :)

One time I got ignored totally by the staff when there were no free tables. The service lacks a little behind.
