Incredible Food - Edit
Oh my god I am still thinking about the death breath burger. Melt in your mouth brioche garlic bun, with garlic mayo, and some kind of garlic burger. It was heaven.

Titty Twisting Parmo you Daft Hunt - Edit
Having opened just over a year ago, I can’t believe it took me so long.
Read moreThe menu looks simple enough (burgers, southern fried burgers, loaded fries, kebab and the infamous Parmo) but they have a lot of combo ingredients you’d not expect (like the Hellfire Burger with v-edge smashed patty, cheez, ghost mayo, roquito sauce and mini poppers) and the names are cheeky too - Titty Twister, Daft Hunt, The Basic [censored] …
We ordered a couple of cocktails then had some wait for our food despite it not being busy. A couple of beers later it arrived and my word, there was a lot of food. Quantity doesn’t always mean quality but it tasted good and was worth the 40 minute wait!
Cocktails £8 each or 2 of the same for £10. Some crackers. I’d recommend the Krakatoa with its flaming lime.
Beers - The have Neck Oil - yippee.
Poppers £6. 4 deep fried crispy balls, the size of balls, with a gooey cheezy, jalapeño liquid centre running out over your fingers. Good heat hit with bite too.
Buffalo Mac Fries £8. Served on a large tea plate it was as tall as it was wide. Skin on fries, loaded with Mac N Cheez, with 4 large buffalo dipped pieces of seitan, smothered in buffalo sauce and topped with v-edge slaw. It was moreish and with a side of garlic sauce, it tasted bloody good. If I have one criticism, the seitan was too salty for both of us and one of us loves salty food. Couldn’t finish it but nearly did.
The Parmo £14. The star of the night and what made me drive 20 minutes tonight. Ordered spicy, it hit the mark. A massive mound is crispy chewy seitan, béchamel, cheez, with more béchamel and cheez. Next to it, a pile of skin on fries served with slaw. I was shocked it didn’t come with garlic sauce as a Parmo should so I ordered some - in fact every sauce is an additional cost of 50p. I couldn’t fault it and a superb vegan version of the real thing - a cardiac arrest on a plate. Wicked. Dirty. Yes pleez for more cheez …
Another small criticism if I may - everything is served on v-edge printed paper which looks cool but the Parmo dissolved it, so I ended up eating paper. That said, don’t let this put you off as it’s still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Would I recommend - Ooooohhhh yeah.
Will I return - Yep … I wanna try the burgz

Pros: Good menu, massive portions, and good cocktails
Cons: Long wait but worth it, served on paper which disintegrated , and not cheap either but you do get a lot

Found this Vegan restaurant by chance. Amazing. Best 3 course vegan meal I've had. My wife and I shared mac and cheese and frickles to start, then Parmos, then amazing oreo deep fried cake dessert!
Read moreA good few years since my last 'proper' Parmo, but this certainly ticks the boxes of taste and volume! This chef can do wonders with the vegan cheeses available to create a blend that tasted amazing, doesn't go dry and crispy and stays floppy like you'd hope.
Vegan or not, this place is worth a try. Great portions and flavours, and choice.

Living on the V-EDGE - Edit
Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at V-EDGE where we ordered a class burger and nip crip burger both with fries and garlic mayo dip. The texture of the burgers were 'spot on' and so flavourful and the fries cooked and seasoned perfectly with the garlic mayo a great accompaniment. Such great value for money also at just £5 a burger and £2 for fries. We also sampled the Le tits now from the Christmas drinks menu. Tis' the season to be jolly indeed! Staff and atmosphere were excellent as well and I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu on our next visit.
