Great initiative with tasty vegan options!

Edit: I have found out that the Ethiopian food truck is fully vegan! :)

I've been here two times now, and I have enjoyed my experience both times. The first time, I decided to go for the vegan aubergine dish from the Iranian food truck. I'm pretty sure it was fully vegan, but I was a bit unsure about the nachos as they smelled very "milk powder"-y, like sour cream and onion, so I did not eat them. The Iranian dish was very good, very flavorful and definitely recommended!

The second time I opted for Mapo Tofu, and I made sure it was vegan, and the friendly lady in the truck said it is. With the other dish available, the noodles are cooked in the same pan as the egg noodles, so if that's something you try to avoid, Mapo Tofu is the way to go. It was very tasty, generous portion and flavorful sauce. Would order again!
