Very good food

The dishes were very tasty and the portions were generous. The "mix of everything" dish was my favourite, it was a bit spicy but I enjoyed it. You can have as much bread as you like, and the person working there was really lovely.

Went two days in a row, would recommend going there once if you are in Uppsala.

Delicious Ethiopian food! Will be coming back again!

I only found out yesterday that this foodtruck on the Uppsala Matmarknad is fully vegan, and even after confirming with the owner on Instagram, I had to go visit it immediately the day after. There were so many good options, so I had no idea what to pick, so I went with "A Mix of Everything"!

The portion was quite large, so I couldn't finish it, but my boyfriend ate the rest and really enjoyed it too! My favorite of the mix was the shiro with the delicious injera I think! But the spiced beyond meat was so delicious also and I was so pleasantly surprised about all the flavors!

We enjoy visiting this food market once in a while, and now I know that I have "safe" options available and they are delicious too. I will be back for sure, because I want to try the 4kilo club sandwich, and the sambusa!

Pros: Delicious food!, Good prices, Very tasty :D
