They didn’t have anything on the menu vegan. Whatever the previously had must have been removed. They were able to give me a small salad with a side of quinoa.

Lovely vegan dinner option

I came here for dinner and asked if the Napolitano contained any animal products, since from the description it looked vegan but it wasn’t labeled vegan. The waitress told me it was vegan so I ordered it. It was excellent and beautiful - quinoa cakes, pineapple, zucchini, balsamic glaze - may sound like an odd combo but it was very good. Love seeing a creative, unique, flavorful vegan option, especially one that is vegan by default and doesn’t have to be modified or have anything removed.

I think their lunch menu is different - it looked like they had a veggie burger and a veggie wrap. I wasn’t there for lunch so I don’t know if either of these is vegan or veganizable but it’s worth asking.

The place is expensive (35 for my dinner), but not super expensive for Vail I guess.
