Food tents selling Trinidadian doubles which are fried roti with chana (spiced chickpea), tamarind mango chutney, cucumber, and hot pepper sauce. Take-out only. Open Mon-Wed 7:00am-3:00pm, Thu-Sat 7:00am-6:00pm. Closed Sun.

Thanks Gloria for the warm welcome and for helping me remain vegan during my trip to lovely Barbados! The doubles are delicious and affordable, I will miss them back home. BTW the stand is now on the west side of the street.

My first double ever and very likely not the last! The lady was super nice and helpful and she even gave us some handy travelling tips. Definitely recommend to anyone! Watch out tho, they sell out pretty quickly.
