Wonderful and unique experience! - Edit
I got in touch with Sebastian three weeks before our trip. We’re leaving Mexico tomorrow, and our dinner with Sebastian and Fernanda was our special treat before going home.
Read moreIt was a fabulous experience! Everything was fresh and delicious—from the guava kombucha, salad and sourdough bread to the banana “nice cream” for dessert. In between were hummus made from OX (a Mayan seed that’s delicious and full of protein), lions mane mushrooms with fresh mole, smashed pumpkin and hand-made tortillas, and OX tea to accompany dessert.
We were so full at the end of our meal! We got to meet Sebastian’s family and see his beautiful kitchen. And they gave us a bag of OX to bring home. If you’re going to the Riviera Maya, don’t miss the chance to experience Sebastian’s food and hospitality!

Cons: Be careful on the narrow dirt road!
