Thank goodness for a good vegan option in Shiga Kogen / Ichinose. A vegan taco, vegan taco rice, tortilla chips and hot chips. Had the vegan taco and it was delicious and filling!

Yummy vegan tacos in Ichinose - Edit
Inside the shiga grand hotel and right by the Ichinose shuttle bus stop I came from okushiga kogen on the Saturday night bus very easy. Short walk from slopes too.
Read moreFriendly staff and decent size taco for 900 yen a piece. Delicious home made salsa. They also have taco rice. My only complaint is that I would've like more soy meat. There was a lot of lettuce in the meat/lettuce ratio. This isn't authentic Mexican but it's pretty tasty. They make their own soft shell tortillas.
Great to have found another place with vegan options in shiga
Pros: Friendly staff , Vegan tacos , Craft beer
