Delicious - Edit
We had (I think) grape leaves and olive oil in our pizza triangles. It was the only vegan option available when we went, but it was really, really good. Lots of olive oil, so messy. I recommend eating it there rather than taking it away. All flavours are €5.00.

The zucchini and eggplant fillings are both vegan, served in a thick triangle pizza dough. A great, budget-friendly fast food/snack option when in Trieste.
